25th Annual Dental Clinic and Community Health Fair

Seventy-seven children, youth and adults received dental examinations, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and extractions.  Each patient also received oral hygiene instruction. All services were provided free of charge. The Dental Clinic is made possible through a great partnership with Ayuda International which works through Rotary International.  The dental work is performed by dental students at the University of Southern California (USC) and supervised by USC professors. In total there were 115 volunteers from USC and Ayuda International. Ayuda International performs these types of dental clinics once per month throughout Southern California, Northern California and this year in South Korea.

Attendees were also afforded the opportunity to receive information from over 40 community health-related agencies.  Thank you to the many volunteers from MSD who helped make the Dental Clinic and Community Health Fair a success.
